Fantastic performances today at the Scottish Schools Track & Field Championships saw two club records smashed by U17 Kristen Cowe and U15 Emily McNicol.

The day started off with Kristen on top form when she achieved consistant throws in the hammer, improving her previous club record and PB by over 2.60m, with a throw of 36.44m. Emily McNicol then went on to win the title of Scottish Schools U15 High Jump Champion, breaking the previous high jump club record, which has been held since 1999, with a leap of 1.57m. Tremendous achievements girls, you have done yourselves and your club proud!
