The 2013 Battle for the Relays are hotting up, with the deadline for entries set for the 29th of May. In preparation for the formalities of entry forms, there are now only 3 events which athletes can take part in to stake their claim for a place. These are:

West District Champs, Kilmarnock; 24th-25th May (PRE-ENTRY ONLY, ENTRIES CLOSED)
Livingston Open Graded - 29th of May
DunRen Open Graded, Linwood - 29th of May

In order to stake your place, you MUST compete in one of these events and get a time in the 100m, 400m or 800m if you haven't already taken part in one between the Club Time Trials and now. When CSSAL Match 1 results from Sunday appear on the Scottish Athletics website these will also be included in our rankings.

Go for your place in the red zone, what have you got to lose?!
