Law & District AAC has 2 training bases; Carluke and Wishaw. We offer training and competitive opportunties in track and field, cross-country and road running to members from age 9 years upwards.

We aim to create a training environment in which all our members feel safe and at ease. We ask that athletes do not wear football club colours to training or competitions when competing as a Law & District athlete.

Training times are shown below. Additional training may be offered throughout the season, as appropriate. Alternative venues may be used during the winter season.

Information on road running sessions can be found on the Road Running page.

John Cumming Stadium, Carluke Mondays 6.30-8pm, Wednesdays 7-8.30pm
Wishaw Sports Centre Tuesdays 7-8.30pm, Thursdays 7-8.30pm (Spring/Summer)
